SKCM-USA Membership and Contribution Form

We are pleased to offer convenient online membership and donations processing. Payment for your membership or contribution will be made via the Society's PayPal account. You may pay with a credit card or direct bank transfer. Bank transfer saves the Society a small amount of money. You do not have to have your own PayPal account to make online purchases using this form.

New members may join either online (preferred) or by mail. If you join online, please print out the paper membership form, fill it in, and scan and email it or include the same information in an email message to membership@skcm-usa.org, and at the same time remit your new member dues using the Society's PayPal account through the online form below.

New members receive a Devotional Manual and a membership ID item.

To pay for more than one year's Annual Membership Dues, you may add the dues item to the cart and then adjust the quantity, or you may press the "Add to Cart" button more than once.

Contributions to the General Fund and/or Annual Mass may include memorial or thanksgiving recognitions as well as showing how a donor's name is to be listed. Enter up to 200 characters in the box provided.

If you would like to order any of our society goods while joining or renewing your membership or making a donation, you may proceed to the goods order form before checking out.

Remember, you don't need your own PayPal account to pay by credit card. After you add items to the cart and press the Checkout button on the cart, you may click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" and enter credit card payment information.

Also, as always, if you do not wish to use PayPal, you may use the paper membership form and mail the form (no form required just for donations) and your payment by check in US$ payable to SKCM directly to the Treasurer / Membership Secretary at the following address:
